(Summary description)Recently,accordingtoWuJiandong,vicechairmanoftheChinaIntelligentEngineeringResearchAssociation,attheRenewableEnergyPowerGenerationandGridGridForum,thepowerlawthatisbeingrevisedwillincludetherelevantcontentofnewenergygrid-connectedpowergeneration,whichwillprovidelawsfornewenergygrid-connectedpowergenerationsurroundings.Sincemycountry'scurrent"ElectricPowerLawofthePeople'sRepublicofChina"wasimplementedonApril1,1996,thedevelopmentenvironmentoftheelectricpowerindustryhasundergonegreatchanges,andthecurrentelectricpowerlawhasobviouslylaggedbehindthedevelopmentneedsoftheelectricpowerindustryinsomeaspects.Forexample,theproblemsrelatedtogrid-connectedpowergenerationofnewenergy.Inrecentyears,especiallysincethe11thFive-YearPlan,thedevelopmentofnewenergyhasbeenveryrapid,buttheconstructionofsupportinglawsandpolicieshasbeenrelativelylagging.Manyobstaclestothe"bottleneck".Creatingalegalenvironmentsuitableforthedevelopmentofnewenergymayprovideastrongguaranteeforthelarge-scaleandrapiddevelopmentofnewenergy,anditisexpectedtosolvetheolddifficultproblemofthepowergrid.
