(1) Exceeding expectations is still strong
The "Twelfth Five-Year" photovoltaic planning data has been developing in a process beyond expectations, roughly going through the four stages of 10GW~15GW~21GW~40GW.

At present, although the share of Europe has declined, it is still the most concentrated region. Only Italy and Germany combined reached 50% in 2011.
It is expected that the share of the European region will still decrease in 2012. It is estimated that Germany will be 7GW, Italy will be 3GW, the total ratio is about 1/3, and the total 15GW in EU countries corresponds to about 1/2.
Despite the rapid rise of the Chinese market, CMEN believes that it is still difficult to replace the European market even according to the 40GW target that exceeds expectations. If the double reverse is established, the European market will be completely lost.
